Admin on demand – Cloudcarrier Helpcenter

Open the Cloudcarrier support app and click Mosyle self service
In the sidebar navigation click "Admin On-Demand" and click "Request Admin Now"
At the next page, please describe briefly why you need admin permissions, then "continue"
The management server will now communicate to your computer (in the background) to elevate your account with admin permissions for 5 minutes (this requires an internet connection and takes a couple of seconds)
